1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to the 499 bit platform and all services operated under it. When you create an account on 499 bit, use its services, or carry out any transaction, you are considered to be in full agreement with these terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Limit

3 Account Registration

499 bit reserves the right to verify account information at any time. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 499 bit immediately via live chat or email. Any loss to your account resulting from your own negligence is your responsibility.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

499 bit currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The payment account used for a withdrawal must match the mobile number registered on the account.

5.2 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured with SSL encryption. 499 bit never permits fund transfers to third-party bank accounts. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.3 Currency

6 Bonuses and Promotions

499 bit offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms that must be met. The general bonus rules are given below:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement after receiving a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Winnings earned with a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus has its own expiry date stated separately; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• If bonus abuse is found, 499 bit reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 499 bit:

7.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, however 499 bit reserves the right to void or amend a bet in the event of a technical error. Specific rules apply if you wish to withdraw a bet before the result of an event is announced.

7.2 Cash Out

The cash out feature is available on selected events. The amount shown at the time of cash out may change instantly. 499 bit reserves the right to suspend the cash out feature under certain circumstances.

7.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket, football and other sports, if a match is abandoned or incomplete, 499 bit will settle bets according to its own rules. Bets on abandoned matches are generally voided and the stake is returned.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 499 bit:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Creating multiple accounts in order to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Disrupting the platform's operations through hacking, manipulation or any other technical means.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a match or game in an organised manner.
• Giving a person under the age of 21 access to the platform.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 By the Platform

499 bit reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of the terms and conditions is found.
• If the user does not cooperate with the verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• If an order is received from a court or relevant authority.

9.2 By the User

You may request closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. All valid withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance or promotional funds where conditions have not been met are non-refundable.
